Parallel to the Maritime Registry, we also handle the annual management of the companies owning the boats, from the company in Madeira and thus take advantage of all the tax and economic advantages, plus the management of labour, accounting and tax, transparently managing all transactions, in compliance with the legislation of all the companies we deal with.

Our management services include taking care of both the contracts made for the boat charter, and contracts of the boat’s crew, which also has the added benefit of not needing to be listed on the General System of Social Security, thanks to agreements between Portugal and the rest of CEE countries to avoid double taxation by passing a decree-law in each country. The only requirement is supplemental private insurance, which we contract with the insurer GENERALI, obtaining substantial financial savings for the owner.

The Company will be managed by our Integrated Counselling Service (of lawyers, legal advisers, tax and accounting experts), giving you peace-of-mind and full security, always meeting with existing legislation requirements, based on our knowledge of the European law.

From our headquarters in Spain, we will give you all the support you need when the ship is moored at any port in the Mediterranean, paying monthly visits to the boat, collecting all necessary documentation for administrative and accounting controlling in Madeira, as well as counselling and technical monitoring of the annual inspections that the classification company performs.
